Heidi Klum's Qvc Jewellery Collection

Heidi Klum will launch a costume jewellery collection with QVC in September.

The German-born supermodel has teamed up with the home shopping network to launch Wildlife by Heidi Klum which will include 35 styles including cocktail rings, necklaces, earrings and bracelets costing between $30 and $200.

Heidi - who receives much of her inspiration from trips to flea markets - said: "All of the pieces are statement pieces. The only reason to wear costume jewellery is to wear something large - something you can't do with real jewellery because it would be too expensive."

Heidi previously developed a sterling silver jewellery collection with the channel but it was discontinued in 2009 after Van Cleef & Arpels launched a lawsuit claiming the designs infringed on its signature Alhambra Collection clover motif.

Heidi told WWD: "We fought with Van Cleef & Arpels for over a year and a half, but we were small fry next to a company like that. But looking back, I'm quite happy to be doing something new.

"I feel free now with this. I can reach more people with costume jewellery, the prices are great and I can make big pieces. It's way more fun."

The 38-year-old beauty has agreed to bare all in the promotional campaign for the upcoming ninth series of the TV competition, which she has hosted since 2004.

Lifetime TV president and general manager Nancu Dubic - who stepped in a year ago to revamp the channel's reputation - said she chose the naked image of Heidi realising that she didn't need to look any further for a "brazen, strong, confident and sexy" model who embodied the channel's new values.

She said: "It's Heidi f***ing Klum!"

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Heidi posed for the pictures last week but has not yet signed off on the final images to be used.

This is not the first time Heidi - who raises four children with husband Seal - will have stripped in public.

She appeared on 'The Ellen DeGeneres' show in 2009 whilst pregnant with her fourth child to charity auction the Temperley dress she was wearing - and removed it whilst she was still on the set.

Heidi said: "I'll give you it anytime. You want it right now? OK."

Heidi Klum and Seal recently put their Beverly Hills mansion on the market at $6.9 million. The home sits on four acres of land, and is filled with eleven bedrooms and bedrooms. Apparently, that wasn’t enough room for the couple, because they’re buying a home twice that size in Brentwood, a neighborhood located in the Santa Monica Mountains.

Built in 1988, the estate is described as “a 21st-century Loire Valley Chateau”. It includes a pool, tennis court, private stone terrace, and wine vault. And after dropping $6 million, you’re gonna spend a lot of time in that vault.

The 2011 Forbes list for richest supermodels was just released and to no surprise the top three spots are still dominated by the same supermodels.

Gisele Bundchen, Heidi Klum and Kate Moss are still the top three earners in the business.

"Gisele Bündchen is clearly in a class by herself, and has been for a number of years," Edward Razek chief marketing officer of Limited Brands, Victoria Secret's parent company told Forbes.

"She's an international icon who can also move product - from shampoo to couture."

Although the top three spots were the same, there were some changes in the list from last year.

Doutzen Kroes and Miranda Kerr who both took some time off to have babies were left off the list. Those are some expensive babies!

1. Gisele Bundchen - $45 million
Gisele is the face of Pantene, H&M, and also makes a boat load of money with her sandals line.

2. Heidi Klum - $20 million
Heidi is the face of New Balance and has also created an line athletic apparel for them. She also has Project Runway and her new show Seriously Funny Kids.

3. Kate Moss - $13.5 million
Kate unveiled her last collection for Topshop this year and has deals with Dior, her own handbag collection for Longchamp and many more endorsements.

4. Adriana Lima - $8 million
Aside from being a Victoria’s Secret Angel, Adriana is a favorite of Riccardo Tisci at Givenchy and is also the face of Spanish label Loewe.

5. Alessandra Ambrosio - $5 million
Also a Victoria’s Secret Angel, Alessandra was also the face of Dolce & Gabbana, Moschino and Brazilian brand Colcci.

6. Daria Werbowy - $4.5 million
Daria has been the face of high end labels such as Yves Saint Laurent, Versace and H&M and has a long term contract with Lancôme.

7. Lara Stone - $4.5 million
Lara is the face of CkOne collection and has been a 3-time Vogue cover girl.

8. Carolyn Murphy - $4.3 million
One of the older models, Carolyn at 37 still makes the list and is still the face of Estée Lauder and also has long term contracts with Tiffany & Co. and Tom Ford. Carolyn has been a Vogue cover girl four times.

9. Natalia Vodianova - $4 million
Natalia is the face of Guerlain fragrance and has been on the cover of Vogue a whopping 9 times.

10. Candice Swanepol - $2 million
The South African beauty replaces Miranda Kerr on the rich list as Miranda took time off to have a baby. Candice is currently a Victoria’s Secret Angel and has also worked on campaigns for True Religion.
