Chris Tucker May Lose His $6 Million Home

Chris Tucker, famous for being NOT Jackie Chan in the "Rush Hour" series might loose his $6 Million home.

Tucker's $6 million Florida mansion is in foreclosure, with more than $4 million owed to the bank. Court documents also show an $11.5 million IRS lien was placed on the home this year to collect federal income taxes from Tucker.

Tucker bought the 10,000 sq ft lakefront home near Orlando, Florida in 2007. According to reports in the Orlando Sentinel, the home boasts five bedrooms, three fireplaces, a personal spa, an outdoor kitchen overlooking a pool, and a basement designed to resemble a pirate ship, including a wooden deck, mast and sail. Wait, What?!

Does the pirate ship basement match his spaceship themed bathroom and castle designed bedroom? That is really weird. Chris Tucker must have a severe case of Peter Pan syndrome. Don't take away my house! Where am I going to play with my pirate friends!?

I guess this proves that you can't write a check that your ass can’t cash. The last movie Chris Tucker made was "Rush Hour 3", that was back in 2007 when he purchased the home. I guess Rush Hour wasn't enough to afford the $25,812.50 monthly mortgage on the home.

"Dancing With The Stars" would probably be more than happy to have Chris Tucker on their show and he could benefit from the paycheck. They could bill him as "Chris Tucker: Actor" rather than their current lineup of "Rob Kardashian: Brother" and "Chaz Bono: Transgendered."

The home is in the pricey Bella Collina community on Lake Apopka in Florida. At one time, Tucker's home was featured as one of eight luxury homes displayed during a "Street of Dreams" event during the height of the real-estate boom in 2006. The Bella Collina community that houses the home is a 1,900 acre sprawl that overlooks lakes and golf courses with Tuscan-style homes. Sadly, his home is now in foreclosure.

I guess nobody understands the value of a pirate-theme basement. That is so creepy. Is no one else weirded out by that. Come visit my basement! I'll make you walk the plank! Haha I'm only joking. But not really.

Currently the mansion is appraised at a value of $1.6 millions, much less that the $6 million he originally paid for it.

Tucker hasn't commented yet, but according to the Times Union paper of Albany NY, Tucker has twice-cancelled one of his comedy shows. He cancelled a September 3 performance, rescheduled it for this Sunday and then cancelled that show because of "unforeseen circumstances."
