Lindsay Lohan Sued...Again

Lindsay Lohan just treated herself to a new Porsche Panamera, which has a sticker price of $80,000, but her celebration was cut short when she was slapped with a $90,000 lawsuit.

Here’s what went down. Lindsay had hired Elite Transportation Limo and Security Services to drive her around town and act like her personal security from February 2009 to May 2009. She racked up a $33,978 bill with the company and refused to pay for the services.

Two years and a ton of late fees later, she’s being sued for $90,585, reports TMZ. Clearly she’s not cash strapped if she just bought herself an $80K car, so why didn’t she pay the bill? Who knows with Lindsay. She gets sued left and right and is pretty sue happy herself.

Back in July when Lindsay appeared in front of Judge Stephanie Sautner, she told the judge that the reason she hadn’t started her court mandated therapy sessions was because she was unable to get insurance to pay the bill and she was financially strapped. Sure you are.

Back to Lindsay’s obsession with suing people. In 2010, Lindsay sued E-Trade because she thought they were mocking her in their funny baby commercials. One of the babies referred to in the commercial was named "Lindsay" and was depicted as a boyfriend stealing "milkoholic."

Lohan's lawyer said: "These babies in their commercials were symbolic and were not acting just as cute babies but were actually portraying (Lohan) and her grown-up friends."

E Trade's response: "No reasonable person would connect (Lohan) with the E-Trade commercials." They key-word here is 'reasonable'.

She recently tried to sue Pitbull for rapping “got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan” in his song ‘Give Me Everything’.

The suit claims that "By virtue of [the song's] wide appeal, condemnation, excoriation, disparaging or defamatory statements by the defendants about [Lohan] are destined to do irreparable harm."

Lohan claims in the lawsuit that she is “a professional actor of good repute and standing in the Screen Actors Guild.” She's suing under New York civil rights laws that protect people from having their name exploited for commercial benefit. Seriously?! When was the last time Lindsay had a respectful acting gig? Playing a stripper in ‘I Know Who Killed Me’ doesn’t count.

Good news is she just returned from a modeling gig in Italy, bad news is she was photographed doing some major retail therapy. The only conclusion is that Lindsay just doesn’t feel like she should be responsible for her finances. She spends when she wants and ends up getting sued for not paying her bills
