Leonardo DiCaprio and Blake Lively Split

Well, it was fun while it lasted. After breaking up with his longtime model girlfriend, Bar Refaeli, Leonardo DiCaprio quickly moved on to Gossip Girl star Blake Lively.

We all know what the best way to get over someone is, right? I hate to say it, but it looks like this was Leo’s rebound. Leo and Bar split in May, and only days later, he was photographed with Blake.

Hookup rumors started when the two were hugging each other on a boat in Cannes. From there, they were seen taking strolls, bike rides, a trip to Disneyland and a romantic boat ride in Venice.

They never officially confirmed the relationship, but come on. A grown man doesn’t go to Disneyland unless there’s the hope of getting laid somewhere in the near future. Leo even stayed with Blake through that whole “it wasn’t me” photo scandal thing.

Both of the couples’ reps have confirmed the split, adding that the two will “remain friends.”

So what was it like to date Leonardo DiCaprio? Well, he once took Blake on a helicopter ride to Saint-Paul de Vence, France for a $500 lunch at La Colombe d’Or Restaurant. From there, they stayed at a $5,000 a night suite at the Hotel de Paris and took a trip on a $52 million yacht. So yeah, I guess it’s alright.

Leo has been shooting The Great Gatsby in Sydney, Australia, and Blake even flew down under to celebrate her birthday with Leo. They then went on a birthday dinner at Aria, where a source said: “[Blake] looked gorgeous and they looked very much like a couple. They seemed to be having a really nice time and we’re definitely enjoying the view.”

Well, so much for that.

And perhaps the rebound is rebounding herself. Blake was seen last weekend in Boston where she had a romantic meal with her Green Lantern co-star Ryan Reynolds at sushi palace O Ya. Then again, Ryan Reynolds is constantly having romantic meals, hikes, walks, etc. with like every chick in Hollywood who he’s supposedly “just friends” with. Dude needs to get some bros.

On Leo’s side, he’s probably just going to be focusing on work. The actor stars in the upcoming Clint Eastwood movie, , as well as The Great Gatsby, and from there, he’ll star in Quentin Tarantino’s Django Unchained. How does he even have time to date?
