Miranda Kerr returns to runway after giving birth

Australian supermodel Miranda Kerr made a jaw-dropping return to the runway donning a teeny bikini, just 7 months after giving birth to her first child. Kerr, 28, and her 34-year-old Hollywood heartthrob husband, Orlando Bloom, welcomed baby Flynn in January.

The model, most notable for her work with Victoria's Secret, strutted her stuff in Sydney, Australia for a David Jones show on Wednesday, modeling seven looks including a very revealing cutout bathing suit. The audience gasped and applauded her when she emerged.

"I am a little nervous about getting back on the runway, after just having a baby seven months ago, in a swimsuit," she admitted to the Herald Sun. "But you know, I have been doing my squats and I started Pilates as well as my usual yoga routine."

Bloom joined her at the show's rehearsals in the afternoon before flying back to New Zealand where he is shooting The Hobbit. "I love to be a mum and a wife, that is the most important thing, and then just do a few select jobs," she revealed of her priorities.

Kerr first returned to the catwalk in March, just two months after giving birth, for a Balenciaga show in Paris -- covering up in a draped black dress.
