Uzodinma Cleared as the PDP senatorial candidate for Imo West by the Supreme Court

The Supreme Court today resolved one of the controversial political issues plaguing Imo State with a ruling that Hope Uzodinma is the authentic Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Senatorial candidate for Imo West Senatorial District having won the party’s primary.

The ruling also clears the path for Hope Uzodinma to claim victory in the April 9th National Election as the PDP emerged winner of the election Senatorial election for that district.

In a unanimous decision, the Court set aside the judgment of both the Federal High Court Abuja and the Court of Appeal, which had earlier declared incumbent Senator Osita Izunaso as the candidate of the party for the senatorial seat.

We(Stand Up To Cancer Naija) were hoping Senator Osita will win---he has been supportive in the fight against cancer. He was at the bowling for boobs event which held in Abuja this January. What a selfish reason......lol
