Bristol Palin Confesses: I Had Work Done on My Face

Bristol Palin has nothing to hide. When she showed up to a red carpet last week with a dramatically different face, everyone started speculating that she had work done.

Well you know what? She did. And she’s coming clean about it.

"It's not plastic surgery. I had corrective jaw surgery" back in December 2010, Bristol tells Us Weekly.

And while it took up her hot factor up a couple notches, she insists she did it for medical reasons.

"Yes," she admits, "It improved the way I look, but this surgery was necessary for medical reasons...so my jaw and teeth could properly realign...I don't obsess over my face"
