Lindsay was taken to the basement of the LA courthouse and booked late this afternoon.
Sources at the courthouse tell Hollyscoop her bail is set at $75,000 and her lawyer Shawn Holley left to get her bondsman. But here's the catch, the court has a deadline for bonds, so if the bondsman doesn't get there in time, Lindsay won't be released tonight and will most likely be transported to Lynnwood Jail. Maybe she can request her old cell and take a trip down memory lane.
Not only was she sentenced to jail time, she has a ton of community service to do as well. She was ordered to complete 480 hours of community service. She will have to complete 360 of those hours at the Downtown Women's Center, so "Lindsay can see how needy women have to live." The remaining 120 hours will be served at the L.A. County morgue. Yikes. Hopefully that'll scare her straight.
After the judge reduced her sentencing to a misdemeanor, she saw the surveillance tape for the first time. Apparently that heavily influence her decision to give Lindsay 120 days. "It seemed like she really wanted to teach Lindsay a lesson," said our source.
