Lady Gaga Considered Permanent Face Implants

So apparently those disgusting cheek implants Lady Gaga has been sporting lately aren’t going anywhere anytime soon.

In fact, she loves them so much, she seriously considered getting permanent face implants. Yikes!

She told NME magazine: “I did look into having them done permanently but decided against it. Mostly because of my boyfriend, if you want the truth.”

This is a complete contradiction to what she said just a couple of weeks ago. She said she would never go under the knife because she would “promoting insecurity” if she did.

She told Harper’s Bazaar, "I have never had plastic surgery, and there are many pop singers who have," Gaga tells the mag's May issue. "I think that promoting insecurity in the form of plastic surgery is infinitely more harmful than an artistic expression related to body modification."

So which is it? Are you promoting insecurities or did you change your mind because of your boyfriend? Don’t celebrities have publicists to keep their quotes straight?

Regardless of the reason  why she changed her mind, I’m just glad she did.
