Beloved, when a branch is attached or grafted into a tree, for that branch to become very productive it must get nourishment from the tree. If that particular branch does not get nourishment from the tree, after a while the branch becomes weak and unproductive. The same way as believers we are required to get nourishment from our tree(Jesus) for us to become productive and bear fruit.
Maybe you are abiding in God's love and you are doing all you can to love and serve God with all your heart; this is a great time for you to allow God's love to abide in you. When you abide in God's love only and you continue that way, you weary out and burn out fast. But when you allow the love of God abide in you as you abide in His love, there is nothing you ask from the father that won't be granted. Beloved boast for God's love for you today, not your love for God.
Let the word of Love dwell in you richly in all wisdom....singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. Col 3:16 Paraphrased.
Prayer: Lord I pray that your love floors my heart. I abide in your love, and I allow your love abide in me today and forever. Amen.
