Lindsay Facing Over a Year in Jail

I know I’ve said this before, but Lindsay Lohan is in serious trouble. Again, I know I’ve said this before, but she’s facing some serious time behind bars.

According to TMZ, Lindsay could face up to a year and a half behind bars for violating her probation.

If Judge Stephanie Sautner decides that Lindsay violated her probation by not completing her community service and attending therapy regularly, she has the option to throw Lindsay behind bars…again.

Lindsay is due in court this Wednesday to face the Judge, and I’m sure she has a lot of questions for Lilo. Lindsay was a no-show 9 times at the Downtown Women’s Center, where she was supposed to perform her community service.

She was supposed to work a minimum of 4 hours at a time, but rarely stayed for more than an hour. They got so fed up with her diva antics, the women’s center fired her from doing community service. It’s gotten so bad, Lindsay can’t even work for free. Booyah. I couldn’t resist. I just had to throw that one in there.

She was also supposed to be with her therapist every Monday for an hour, which she of course didn’t show up for. Her excuse? She claims she completed them all by phone.

And legal woos are the least of her problems right now. The only acting job she had on the horizon was the Gotti flick, which has now been postponed indefinitely due to budget cuts.

And have you seen her teeth lately? She showed up to the Saints Row red carpet with yellow decaying teeth earlier this week causing some serious concern about her health.

Everyone noticed that Lohan’s pearly whites had turned into rusty browns. Celebrity dentist Dr. Pankaj Singh, of Arch Dental Associates in NYC confirmed that “this type of damage appears to be from a combination of smoking, drug use and lack of personal care.”

Dr. Singh continued: “Smoking causes yellowing of the teeth, which we definitely see here in this picture. However, at such a young age, smoking wouldn’t cause the decay and browning you see around the gums. Damage like that is something we see in patients who are using or have used drugs.”

Lindsay is required to submit random drug tests as part of her probation, but we’re not sure how many she’s had to complete and how many she’s passed so far. She’s due back in court on Wednesday, so I’m sure we’ll get all our answers then.

Do you think Lindsay will ever get her life back on track? Or is it a lost cause?
