Ashton Kutcher Accused of Cheating, Woman Hires Lawyer

In Hollywood, cheating rumors come and go. Remember Will and Jada? Yeah, I forgot about that one, too.

But when the alleged mistress gets a lawyer, things get a little more serious. The story is, Ashton Kutcher got drunk at a nightclub in San Diego last Friday and ended up cheating on Demi Moore with a 23 year-old woman. Now, according to RadarOnline, the woman has hired a top Hollywood lawyer and gone into hiding.

A friend of the girl’s said: "She is due to meet with an attorney tonight (Tuesday). She is freaking out."

I don’t get what she needs a lawyer for, but I guess it can’t hurt. The weekend of Ashton’s partying also happened to fall on his six-year anniversary with Demi Moore. A witness at the club said:

"Ashton didn't look like someone who was celebrating a wedding anniversary.”

Star magazine also reports that the couple’s marriage is “official over” from this cheating incident.

“Ashton and Demi have separated and the marriage is over,” a source told the mag. “The relationship ended because of Ashton’s serial cheating. It’s a painful time for Demi.”

Yep, that’s right, this isn’t the first time Ashton had trouble remembering his marital vows. Looks like he really is following in Charlie Sheen’s footsteps.

Kutcher was previously reported to have had a sexcapade with a 21 year-old, Brittney Jones, who said she and the Two and a Half Men star “made love on the couch” of his living room while Moore was filming a movie in Detroit.

Wait…Demi’s making movies again?! That’s even more of a shocker than any of this.

“He’s a great lover”, the Brittany chick said. “Very considerate and sweet. And it was very special to me. I felt totally comfortable in his arms. It was tender and nice—not some random sex act.”

Well, at least not for her. Ashton apparently ended it the second time they met up to “make love.”

If this cheating scandal teaches us anything, it’s never trust a chick named Brittany.

Oh, and that’s not even the last of it. Earlier this month, Ashton was allegedly spotted out at a restaurant where an eyewitness saw him playing tonsil hockey with a stranger.

“Ashton had this gorgeous girl pinned against the wall, and he was totally making out with her. I was shocked to see him sucking face with a girl who obviously wasn't Demi.”
