Janet Jackson is Secretly Engaged?

Third times a charm? Janet Jackson may get married for a third time to her much younger Qatari businessman and billionaire Wissam Al Mana. Welcome to Cougartown Wissam Al Mana!

Rumor is that they got engaged last year but Janet was in the middle of her "Number One: Up Close and Personal tour" and wasn't ready to go public with the engagement. So basically this is a "secret pre-engagement to the official engagement", which isn't confusing at all.

The 45-year-old singer has been married twice before. In 1984 she married R&B singer James DeBarge, the union was annulled a year later. Then in 1991 she secretly married music-video director Rene Elizondo, but the two divorced in 2000. Since then Janet had a 7-year romance with record producer Jermaine Dupri, but that ended in 2009.

As soon as her romance with Dupri ended, this cougar met 9 years-her-junior Wissam Al Mana. "Janet's telling friends that an official engagement will come by summer's end, and that she and Wissam will marry in late 2011," says a source.

Apparently the two are super in love, the source says Janet credits her weight loss to being with her boy toy.

When Wissam supposedly popped the question he proposed with a 15-carat diamond ring, but apparently that isn't big enough, "they're shopping for an even bigger diamond ring to celebrate their official engagement," says the source.

Janet's been trying to settle down for a while now; she told access Hollywood in November, "I'd love to have a family. But really, it's in God's hands. So, if it's meant to be, I'll have one. I hope it does."

Jackson must have changed her mind, back when she was dating Dupri Jackson told E! online in 2008 that she doesn't see herself getting married again, "The thing it, I don't know if I ever will or won't get married again. I'm very happy where I am. I just think I jinx marriages, but that's not going to stop me from loving
