Cheryl Cole posts her first tweet

Former X Factor judge Cheryl Cole has finally posted her first message on social networking site Twitter, after gaining over 180,000 followers.

Cole, who currently has 181,323 followers on the site, wrote today: 'It's me CC! WHERE MY SOLDIERS AT.......?!!! I can't believe what my fingers are doing but yes I'm tweeting :-s so here goes…X'

Up until now, the 28-year-old, who is currently filming her debut movie What To Expect When You're Expecting, had not used Twitter, although her management company sometimes uses its own account to respond to speculation about her private life.
