The singer, who has long battled drug and alcohol addiction, enrolled in an out-patient rehabilitation program in California last month (May11) to seek help for her personal problems.
The Bodyguard star's stint at the clinic was due to come to an end this week (30May11), but she has decided to continue with the treatment to aid her recovery, according to Tmz.com.
The website reports Houston has also hired a "round-the-clock life coach" to help her kick her bad habits for good.
