Rapper Lil Wayne is at the centre of another lawsuit stemming from sales of his hit album Tha Carter III.
The Lollipop hitmaker has already been hit with a string of legal claims over tracks included on the 2008 project and now producer David Kirkwood has added his name to the list after filing suit in a New York court on Friday (03Jun11).
In his complaint, Kirkwood alleges he is owed $1.5 million (£937,500) in unpaid royalites and production services.
He is suing executives at Wayne's Young Money and Cash Money Records companies, although the hip-hop star himself is not named as a plaintiff, reports AllHipHop.com.
