Kim Kardashian Denies 5-Month Affair Rumours With Lockett

Kim Kardashian has hit back at claims that she had a 5-month affair with American Football star Brett Lockett. MSN entertainment has reported that Kim Kardashian, who is engaged to basketball ace Kris Humphries, has filed a legal claim against In Touch magazine, who published an interview with Lockett along with the sensational headline "Stop the Wedding! Kim Caught Cheating!"

Kardashian has also threatened to sue Lockett, who has given a second candid interview with TMZ where he claims that she is lying, making allegations about the phone sex and physical relationship the pair had together. Lockett talked about how they were introduced to each other through a mutual friend and how the relationship developed:

"We started way back then in October but we had a lot of scheduling conflicts and weren't able to see each other as many times as we wanted to, but at the end of the day that's what it was."

He also revealed that he has evidence of their relationship: "Kim knows what happened and I know what happened, and if she wants to go the legal route and start recalling text messages and conversations and pictures and all of that then that's not a problem."

Humphries and Kardashian announced their engagement in May, after meeting last year. TMZ also reported that the two have recently been negotiating a pre-nuptial agreement. There is no wedding date as of yet
