Why? Because shocking a crowd into laughter is a lot easier than actually coming up with jokes, or at the very least, witty banter.

Why stop at groping? Why not just have a full on orgy onstage with every Hollywood starlet you've been rumored to be dating?
The entire bit was reminiscent of Paul Rudd's groping moment at this year's Spirit Awards. As part of a scripted act, Rudd groped fellow presenter Eva Mendes.
An outraged Rosario Dawson got back at him by grabbing his penis. Because if anything will teach a man not to feel up a woman its stroking his penis.
Overall, it may have stolen some laughs from people, but all in all, it's just another reason for straight men to hate Justin Timberlake.
