The 47-year-old singer, who has longtime battled with alcohol and drug addiction, is said to be enrolled in an outpatient treatment program.
Miss Houston's rep told press in a statement, "Whitney Houston is currently in an out-patient rehab program for drug and alcohol treatment. Whitney voluntarily entered the program to support her long-standing recovery process."
The decision to seek help comes after Whitney enjoyed a final night of partying as she attended the Prince concert in Los Angeles on Friday night (May 6).
