Prince William and Kate Middleton Back from Honeymoon

10 days and $720,000 later—Prince William and Kate Middleton are finally back from their royal honeymoon.

They spent 10 days relaxing in luxury on the island nation of Seychelles.

William and Kate "thoroughly enjoyed their time together, and they are grateful to the Seychelles government for their assistance in making the honeymoon such a memorable and special 10 days," a palace statement reads.

So what did $720K get them? A private butler to attend to their every need, fresh flowers, golf carts, mountain bikes, a private villa with two bedrooms and 5,000 square feet of space to…ahem…honeymoon. Wink, wink!

"They left happy and clearly content with their stay," the head of the Seychelles tourism board, Alain St Ange, told the Associated Press.

And obviously their recent visit will do wonders for Seychelles tourism.

"The people of Seychelles are truly honored that Prince William and his wife chose to return to Seychelles for this special holiday and we are proud to have been able to offer them a peaceful and private getaway," Jean-Paul Adam, the nation's foreign minister, said in a statement released by the government.

Don’t expect to see any paparazzi photos of them lounging around while on their honeymoon either because the Seychelles coastguard had helped ensure the couple were undisturbed during their stay and the BBC reports that on their final day they invited the coastguard ashore to meet them and personally thank them for their efforts.

And now back to reality…Prince William will go back in the skies as a helicopter search and rescue pilot and Kate will take on her duties as a royal duchess. Aww the life of royalty!
