Gov. Fayemi’s aide use fake court order to eject tenant

Mr. Akin Safele, a civil servant in Ekiti State met more than what his eyes could comprehend recently. He was ejected from a flat he and his family have been staying for almost five years by an overzealous landlord who happens to be aide to Governor Dr Kayode Fayemi.

The landlord, (name witheld), using a suspected fake court judgement brought by his lawyer, hired some hoodlums who forced themselves into Safele’s residence while he was away and threw away his property such as electronics, furniture, interior decorators and clothings. His problem started when one of the female friends of the governor’s aide alleged that he was divulging the secret affairs between them to someone who is not resident in Ado-Ekiti.

Despite explanations from him that nothing like that transpired, the female friend insisted that the tenant must be ejected at all cost if the secret love affairs must continue. The Public Complaints Commission Office in Ado-Ekiti has waded into the brawl to prevail on the governor’s aide to release some of the belongings of Safele.
