Breaking News: EFCC Arrests Akingbola,and 2 Other Ex Bank MDs Over Fresh Money Laundering Charges

Former Chief Executive of Intercontinental bank Erastus Akindbola and two other Former bank MDs Sebastine Adigwe of Afribank and Okey Nwosu of Finbank have been arrested with eight sacked directors of the banks.

A source in EFCC confirmed the latest arrest however declined to give the names of the detained eight executives over fears that others still being wanted may go into hiding.

Their arrest is said to be due to fresh information over their activities in their various banks. They are all due to be arraigned in a lagos high court tomorrow.
