A little privacy after a wedding means the groom and bride want to get it on.
Before they took off by helicopter, Will and Kate were photographed on palace grounds thanking staff for all their hard work. So sweet.
The humble Kate looked adorable as usual and she was wearing the same wedges she was wearing a day before her wedding, so don’t think she’s going to throw away her entire wardrobe now that she’s a princess.
Even though the two went away for some privacy this weekend that is not their honeymoon. The couple won’t be taking a honeymoon right away.
"The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have chosen not to depart for a honeymoon immediately," the Palace said in a press release.
"Instead, after spending the weekend privately in the United Kingdom, The Duke will return to work as a Search and Rescue pilot next week. The locations of both their private weekend and their future honeymoon, which will be overseas, will not be disclosed in advance."
Where they will honeymoon is still a mystery as places like Australia, Greece, Africa have all been thrown own as a possible destination.
